Our Vision

To raise a generation of skilled, innovative, responsible, and self-reliant young people who will become employers of labour, community leaders, and contributors to the economic development of Abia Central Senatorial District.

Our Mission

The Einstein Benson Foundation is committed to reducing youth unemployment and poverty by providing practical skills training, entrepreneurship support, digital education, mentorship, access to finance, and leadership development for young people across the six Local Government Areas of Abia Central.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  1. Be residents or indigenes of Abia Central.
  2. Be between 18 and 40 years of age.
  3. Demonstrate willingness to complete the programme.
  4. Agree to the programme code of conduct.
  5. Complete the application process successfully

    Women, persons with disabilities, and disadvantaged youths are strongly encouraged to apply.

Application Process

Step 1

Complete the online or physical application form.

Step 2

Upload or submit:

– Passport photograph
– Means of identification
– Proof of residence or community identification
– Educational qualification (where applicable)

Step 3

Applications are reviewed by the Programme Selection Committee.

Step 4

Shortlisted applicants receive invitations for screening or interviews.

Step 5

Successful candidates are admitted into the programme.

Sustainability

To ensure long-term impact, graduates will become members of the Einstein Benson Foundation Youth Network and will continue to receive mentorship, networking opportunities, business support, and access to future capacity-building programmes. Successful beneficiaries will also be encouraged to mentor new participants, creating a cycle of empowerment across Abia Central.
